Add SMS to your SimpleSpa account from here, all your clients get notified once an appointment is confirmed, but also have a reminder sent to them 24hours in advance. Staff also receives a message once an appointment is created and in the event that an appointment is canceled your staff will be notified right away with the cancelation, and a daily staff digest sent 1 hour before your staff's shift begins with all their upcoming appointments of the day.
